The "Dog-Tag" System consists of a highly reflective soft, tough neon yellow (recommended safety color for visibility and safety) tag that contains a rear compartment that carries the medical data/ID form.
This "Dog-Tag" can be worn around the neck with either a metal chain or breakaway safety lanyard. There is also an additional buttonhole for versatility in attachments or emergency situations. This entire System is waterproof.
"To have this information readily available in the event of an emergency is a luxury," says Rod Groomes, M.D., an emergency room physician at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital in Kittanning, Pennsylvania.
